It detects the board automatically
The solver locates the chessboard inside your screenshot and ignores the surrounding app — the clocks, the move list, the menus. Then it identifies each piece and works out the board's orientation.

Getting the best move — and fixing mistakes
You get the best move drawn as an arrow, plus a short reason it works. The side at the bottom of the board is assumed to be the one to move; a subtle control lets you switch sides if you framed it the other way.
If recognition gets a piece wrong, open Fix Position, tap the square, set the right piece, and analyze again.
